Travel:
• There is a $40 travel fee per traveling stylist within a 30-mile radius of the salon.
• Do you live further than 30 miles? We will happily travel the distance for you if your party has 3 or more services for the travel. The travel rate of an additional $1 per stylist for every 1 mile traveled outside the 30-mile radius of the salon. (This is measured by our GPS or Maps App)
Trials for Bridal Hair and Makeup:
In order to provide brides with the utmost attention during their big day, we do not perform trials on actual wedding dates (typical for friday - Sunday). Trials are to be conducted anytime on Monday-Thursday.
Trial Hair appointments benefit greatly if you are able to provide pictures of the do’s and the don’ts of what your looking to achieve. The Idea of a Trial Hair Updo is to create a rough draft and an idea of the shape, size and textures desired for the final result of your wedding day. The time allotted for a trial updo is 1 hour, if you require a more extensive hair trial to see many and multiple looks for your updo for your wedding, we are more then happy to schedule that, please let the front desk know ahead of time and the extra cost will be an additional $35 for each extra hour you need.
Trial Makeup appointments are a valuable experience to the final look of loving your reflection! The make up artists here at the salon are all certified to do Airbursh makeup and mineral makeup applications. The trial is also a great way to reduce the time for your wedding day, since we will be getting all the color matches and the color choices all figured out and organized for you so there will be no guessing games. Bringing in photos of looks you love are always appreciated and are a nice visual for our artist to know what subtle or glamour level you are wanting to take with your final look. Typically one hour for trial is sufficient.
Cancellations:
A credit card is required to be kept on file for all bookings including trial runs. Trial Run cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a flat rate of $30 for each trial service scheduled for the trial run. Should the client cancel any booked special event or wedding services, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another bridal party, service, or event date. Event or wedding services may be canceled no later than 30 days prior to the contracted event date. For cancellations made with less than 30 days prior to the event date, the remaining contract balance will be due immediately, the remainder balance will be charged to credit card on file on the day the scheduled event was for, unless taken care of prior. Adding on last minute additional services is usually acceptable but we would appreciate a two-week heads up.
Payments:
Payment is accepted in the forms of cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The trial run is paid on the date of the trial. The wedding deposit and agreement form is required for holding any dates for your wedding services, preferably the day of the trial. There will be a $30 fee on any bounced or returned checks.
